How do I claim my remedial massage?
You can claim directly at reception (if HICAPS is available) or use your receipt to claim through your health fund.
Do all massages qualify for health fund claims?
No. Only remedial massage performed by a qualified therapist is eligible for private health insurance claims. Relaxation massage is not claimable.
