Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• A valid contact number or email is required to secure a booking.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation with fee.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service or in advance for prepaid packages.

• We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and gift cards.

• All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

• Packages and gift cards must be used before their expiry date.

• Gift cards and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Refunds & Service Satisfaction

• We do not provide refunds for completed services.

• If you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss a resolution.

• Refunds on products are available only if the item is faulty, unused, and returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.

Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any allergies, health conditions, injuries, or if you are pregnant before your treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if there is a health risk or if the client behaves inappropriately.​

Right to Refuse Service

Youth Beauty by Amie maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or abusive language. Staff reserve the right to end a session immediately if necessary.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
