Refund & Return Policy

At Youth Beauty by Amie, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking with us.

1. Services

We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and offer a resolution, such as a correction or complimentary follow-up service if appropriate.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes to appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or used for other eligible services.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be used by the expiry date stated on the card.

4. Product Returns & Refunds
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including return label).

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used products, unless the item is faulty.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are available for Australia and UK customers only.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for all other international countries.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (business days, Monday–Friday):

  • Australia (Domestic): Up to 6 business days

  • United Kingdom: Approximately 8 days

  • International (other countries): Approximately 14 days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier and customs delays.

6. Booking via Third-Party Platforms

If your booking or purchase was made through a third-party platform (e.g. Scoopon, Groupon, Prezzee, etc.), their refund and cancellation terms will apply.
