We accept returns only if the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item.
Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where possible. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and checked, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days.
